The angels may observe and record what they see
But there’s only One who sees inside of hearts, All Glorious is He
He is merciful and kind, and ready to accept
The repentance of those sincere, and He will not reject
While others may hate, He still loves us so
For He is Allah, for all to know
He is Al-Ghaffar, and Al Wadud
His path leads to peace and will not delude
So take a step closer, and He will come running to you
No soul should despair of His mercy, for His promise is ever true
